Is it a song that has any significance outside the game? I mean, is it based on a real song or on any real religious context or whatever?

It's just that I keep thinking it's the same song that's featured on Lexx: The Dark Zone. Of course I could be imagining things, but I thought maybe someone here might know if there's actually a connection.

@sessh: It definitely has real world religious inspiration. But the song was composed for the game and only the game as far as I know.

EDIT: I guess I can add that it's called "Hymn of the Fayth" if you feel like looking into it more.

I mean they did use a Gregorian choir if that's significant to you, it's called the Hymn of the Fayth.

@dudeglove: Well, I guess it would fit with some of the nonsense happening in Japanese games and especially in JRPGs, though.
