That podcast was probably the most boring thing I've ever heard. Aside from your interview, the whole thing was a complete snooze, literally. I ended up skipping 30 mins ahead to your interview then turning it off because it was way too much.

I meant to do it yesterday but The Gimp was fucking up on me and I was too lazy to install the new version until today. Then I had to find a Santa hat that would fit with my Pilgrim, size it correctly to fit the dimensions of the pilgrim, rotate it, properly edit it so it looked ok with my Pilgrim's hat/head, and even then it isn't a perfect fit, but I got bored and figured it shouldn't be taking me longer than 10 minutes to do this so I said "fuck it" and put it up.

Haha... fake drama is fun... especially when people getting into don't realize its a joke. That was a really good podcast. They do seem to be really into the importance of scores, which I guess its a sad fact that its more important than it should be to define a games qualities. If I contribute to drama that's as far as I go.
Know what? I post maybe once every three weeks then on a marathon where I'd post a dozen times in a few hours. That Kush guy who posts all the time could be a little dry and "matter-of-fact", but I like this GB crowd. You are in good company here. Post what you want. Its soo much better than any other site that you don't have to feel like a retard because you have an opinion. Just be open for satiristic joking.
I've gotten tired of most sites just because of fanboy and such flaming. People here are fucking cool. Shit sarcasim will ALWAYs go over my head but I never had any malicious flaming or undermining here on the GB site thereof. Seems everyone here is cool... for whatever stupid reason I don't know what... but I have never been scared away from this site for just saying whatever the hell I felt. When the obligatory sarcastic response happens on this site, maybe I don't get it at first, but I still come out feeling OK with the community that I don't feel like a fucktard, or at least they reserve posting that response.
The bit with Jeff was about the only interesting thing on there.. Hell half of it was them doing awful impressions and playing crappy soundboard clips. Fighting with them would be silly, self destruct seems imminent.
Like duh. I didn't say I was an idiot, just said I'm slow to sarcasim. And yes, compared to any other site the users of Giant Bomb just happen to not be complete assholes. So being "bacon" here on GB is completely fine with me. I know it would happen anyway, but at least the GB users aren't complete jack-asses, where me just as the average gamer that has played these games since the friken early 80's, don't have to worry about constantly getting some preceding post that involves, "fail.. " or whatever. Just the fact I could post the type of message I have been with maybe only one dude giving which is just really a mild warning to what flaming could ensue gives me even more comfort to why I like the community at this site.

I know.. I just made you a GB friend, so I respect your opinions no doubt. For some reason this "fake" controversy reminded me of the original controversy Jeff and friends fell in and it made me a bit sensitive. I guess there is something about what Giant Bomb has become that gives me an experience and community that I really never had as a gamer before now. I guess that sounds silly, We gamers are representin now... Brap! Brap!
I think that the star rating leads to some confusion among some. 5 stars doesn't mean BEST GAME EVER, it to me means, Really good game worth checking out. Gamer snobs and review snobs would say that is a 3.
