No access to premium content after payment

Log out and log back in. You just need to reset the session.

I'm unfortunately having the same problem. I did the PAX sale and I'm still locked out of Premium content. I tried logging out and in again it hasn't switched over yet.

Here's another "Premium PAX Prime Member" without premium content access.

Edit: Silly me. When in doubt, reboot. Logoff/login fixed my issue. (still no Roku access though)

I'm currently in the same boat. I just bought the PAX membership as well.

Edit: I did log off and log back on, clear my cache and rebooted. Still nothing.

I signed up yesterday. I guess I have to wait til Tuesday to get switched over? :(

@cyborgx7: @pinocchiosquest: How did you pay? If PayPal, you have to be manually added. Have you tried logging out and back in?

@chaser324: I paid through Credit Card and I re logged back in, cleared cache, history etc. No luck yet.

I'm also having this issue. Just recently signed up for Premium (I had to after watching Jeff Gerstman's eyebrows rise up and down in his YouTube video promoting premium membership), however, when I try to access a Premium video it then tells me to upgrade to premium.

Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I've been a monthly Premium member for years but for some reason I Haven't been able to watch Premium videos recently.

I guess this is the thread to post on if you're getting getting access to premium content? I resubscribed last weekend (I missed you!) but my premium status hasn't kicked in yet. If someone could flip a switch or whatever needs to happen, I'd be most grateful. Cheers.

Having the same issue here. The billing section under account shows premium until September 2015 but no access to premium content.

This is happening to me as well, i subed on Friday and was able to watch a couple vids before it stopped working.

Just subscribed for a month yesterday, and this problem just happened when I logged in as well. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having this exact same problem. I was able to watch a few videos before clicking play on a premium video would redirect me to the billing page.
