No access to premium content after payment

Log out and log back in. You just need to reset the session.
I'm unfortunately having the same problem. I did the PAX sale and I'm still locked out of Premium content. I tried logging out and in again it hasn't switched over yet.
@cyborgx7: @pinocchiosquest: How did you pay? If PayPal, you have to be manually added. Have you tried logging out and back in?
@chaser324: I paid through Credit Card and I re logged back in, cleared cache, history etc. No luck yet.
@pinocchiosquest: Try contacting support@giantbomb.com and let Rorie get it sorted out.

I'm also having this issue. Just recently signed up for Premium (I had to after watching Jeff Gerstman's eyebrows rise up and down in his YouTube video promoting premium membership), however, when I try to access a Premium video it then tells me to upgrade to premium.
Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Just subscribed for a month yesterday, and this problem just happened when I logged in as well. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm having this exact same problem. I was able to watch a few videos before clicking play on a premium video would redirect me to the billing page.

One day have now passed, i tried purchasing premium again today, after hitting the submit button, the auth.giantbomb.com page freezes on white but i still got the invoice from support@giantbomb.com saying
