A question regarding the digitized sprites page

I probably should've  added this to the Digitized Sprites page itself, but my question never would've been answered that way. 
  
This is probably just me being bitter because my trivia question is wrong now, but does the game Journey really have digitized sprites?  i don't think it does, it looks like photos of the band member's faces that were placed on drawn bodies. I would like to get this question answered so that i can make proper edits to the digitized sprites page.

Perhapse there needs to be a semi-digitized sprites page?
 
If you were to ask me though I'd say no, they're not.
