How do you move a section down on a guide?

Can't find a way of doing so. So, whenever I add a new sextion, it automatically gets placed at the top of the guide. :(

Don't you just have to drag titles around within that contents bar to the right of the page. Like you'd drag that new section that should be at the top of the contents bar right down to the bottom. At least that's what i remember from watching that video.

I'll give it a go. Would help if I actually watched the video. :P

Drag the sections in the table of contents around. Should work.
