awesome music playing during credits

I always like credits that have awesome music playing. I don't know why, but they stick with me.
 
Two that I really like are M4 Part 2 by the Faunts during the Mass Effect 1 credits; and Space Oddity by David Bowie during the Alan Wake credits. 
 
Can you guys think of any credits that played awesome music?

The Darkness featured an awesome song by Mike Patton, who also provided the voice for the darkness

DJ Champion's "No Heaven" during the Borderlands credits was great, till they played it 3 times. I would have rather had them play No Heaven, Die in Peace, and NnGg from Champion's album Chill 'em All.

The "You are here" at the end really makes it for me.

I second Still Alive on Portal, Xenogears, and MGS3. Those were my choices.

Yep, first song I thought of when I saw the thread title was M4 Part II, great song. The Splosion Man credits music was also awesome but the best credits music I've ever heard still has to be Still Alive.

Mega Man games always have great credits music.
