Missile Command, love the cabinet art and the game in general.
If you could own one Arcade Cabinet, what would it be?
Heh, it amuses me that so many people still view this as a fantasy... You guys do know you can own one for less then buying most consoles these days...
Also, with a very low end PC, you can convert ANY game to a mame Cab and run, well, everything!
I leave anyone interested, with this:

Primal F'N RAGE!!!! JK!
Tough choice for me. There are some killer arcade games I spent lots of quarters on. NBA Jam, SMASH TV, Total Carnage, NFL Blitz, TMNT, Super High Impact football and Silent Scope.
One of those games.
Metal Slug X or Turtles in Time. Robotron would be cool too.
Dance Dance Revolution Extreme (the 8th Japanese mix)
I remember playing that machine alot whenever I went to the movies. I made sure to bring some quarters to spend on it after a movie was done and play some DDR. Best song list in a DDR game, Boom Boom Dollar or not.
The full enclosure cabinet of Discs of Tron, or maybe that crazy Sega 3D VR helmet game from a decade or so ago.
Whatever they were playing in WarGames, I want a cabinet of that

Donkey Kong.
That was my first thought as well, but after a little thought I'm going to have to go with Killer Instinct. That was the first arcade game that really wowed me, and I spent countless hours and an obscene amount of money playing it.
Also, a little off topic, but it just hit me that many people playing video games today have never even set foot in an arcade. Man, I feel old.
Time crisis 2, or that one sniper game with the elaborate scope set up thing.
Or one of those old cabinets with like the 6 games such as Samurai Showdown.
I might just agree with you, Killer Instinct never gave me that "goddamn unfair CPU murdering me in the second stage" feel, but DK is just a classic anyone can play and knows.
I still have a arcade in the next town over btw, it sports a few Time Crisis, racegames and DDR, nothing too fancy.

Never actually an arcade game. That Cabinet was ginned up for Back to the Future Part 2.
I have a killer instinct cab but cant ever get to play it much since i have stuff piled up on top of it :(.
If i remember correctly i have 2 atomiswaves with quite a few games, a sega naomi with a few carts, a sega stv with a few carts, a neo geo 4 slot with about 20 carts, Tekken tag pcb, Tekken 3 pcb and a xxxx in 1 wich is basically a pc with a jamma port
I usually have 6 of these inside the cab at once and use a 6 way switcher to switch between them.
I forgot i put a video on youtube ages ago.
