Too many people are just saying the same shit over and over again. I feel like the way the forum's are reacting to the game is completely different (read: less mature) from how the staff is.
But this thread made me wonder: how do they pick who reviews each game? Jeff seems to do most of the games overall, but is there a regular system?
I don't really know why everyone's keep attacking this game. If it wasn't for the first one we would have NEVER! had Giant Bomb. Can any of you imagine how dark that option is?
If I was a Kane and Lynch developer i would want Jeff to review it, just to gauge how much you improved as a developer from someone who criticized the first game so heavily.
The thing coming out of the whole "incident" was that Jeff will be straight with his readers no matter what. Reviewing K&L2 himself would reaffirm that the peripheral noise around a game is irrelevant to his critique of it, and I'm pretty sure the entire GB community would have his back on that.
