So I remember Hellgate: London, I liked it for a couple of hours but It didn't exactly turn into a smash hit and actually ended up shutting down, so why someone would choose to make a sequel to a game that lasted for less time then Tabula Rasa is kind of idiotic to me, but regardless I'll probably end up trying it and the first trailer for it is below.
Maybe this one will be better, the current company that owns the Intellectual Property is actually the company that distributed Starcraft in Korea and also developed Tantra Online, I still don't think the title is going to be superhuge like World of Warcraft, Everquest, Lineage or even Guild Wars but it's nice to see the game didn't completely die when London went down.
Anyways, here's some Concept art and the Debut Teaser for Hellgate: Tokyo which is supposed too include unreleased Hellgate: London content and additional new features / creatures / stories.
Remember Hellgate: London?, here comes Hellgate: Tokyo!

Gasp! I loved Hellgate London. Playing the single player is heartbreaking without all the people running around. I think London still runs in places in Asia.
actually i'll probably check this out. while the original game was butt ugly and buggy as fuck. there was still something about it that made me actually complete it and even play through it several times. i dunno, i actually enjoyed it.
hopefully this will improve on some of the original flaws. unlikely.
@Toxic said:" This gotta be fake. "
it isn't." Well there is a game coming out called Hellgate: Resurrection , this could be it. "
It's H: Tokio. See this... And i think it was already released on the East.
I enjoyed the first, for a couple of hours. Bought it really cheap in a sale, like 8 bucks or 10, and I played it for about 10 hours. More or less, it was 2 seals and half way through the third.
Had some cool moments, but most were early on the game. Later parts felt bland and boring.
I will look at what happens with Tokyo. Im certainly interested in Sci Fi samurais xD
" @Sparky_Buzzsaw said:" I'm rooting for Hellgate: Albequerque. Or maybe Hellgate: Lake Titticaca. "Hellgate: North Pole? "
Shit, that totally sounds like a Peter North flick. Gotta google that.
On the topic - you got to be fucking kidding me. The only way that game can be good is if they totally rip off Borderlands. And that would still not deserve any praise.
Ok... then look at the blog of Hanbitsoft's PR:" @Jeust: You still haven't proven anything to me, its the same video you we saw earlier. It still looks fake. "

and to the fourth paragraph:
And i don't think why everyone is having such a hard time believing... The franchise doesn't belong to Flagship anymore. Now belongs to Hanbitsoft, and as an asian software company it seems normal that they'd try to grab that market with Hellgate: Tokio.
And here's a link to the Wikipedia article. We're going to get a North American release.
