Blood 3 for me
Sequel you would give your left nut for...or right ovary
I'd love to see a Full Throttle sequel. Also, I'd like to see Bethesda do a sequel to Arcanum in a similar manner to Fallout and Elder Scrolls.
Which left nut, I have 5 on the left. Anyway, I'd give one of those nuts up for a Final Fantasy VI remake for the DS in full 3D. If that doesn't count, then I guess...a Panzer Dragoon/Star Fox game on the Wii.
I'd give a majority of my body for Shenmue 3. As long as what I had left could still play and enjoy it, I wouldn't mind.

Nah, but seriously, no one's choppin' nuts here. It R metaphor.
I'd give my left nut for Interplay not to have pissed away their money thus shutting down Black Isle Studios
I'd hesitate to give any of my organs for a game sequel, but I'd love to see good sequels to the following games (among many)
Blaster Master
Wing Commander (with the same kind of gameplay as the first 4 numbered titles)
Tie Fighter (same gameplay)
Daytona USA
a new Tex Murphy game (same exact gameplay style)
a new Marathon or Dark Forces (what I like to call intelligent first person shooters, they make you think)
a new Commander Keen, using cutting edge 3d graphics, should be a bit like Mario64
a new Descent (with the modern dual analog stick controllers, now is the time!)
PilotWings
a new Desert Strike (similar gameplay, but not from that 3 quarters view, cockpit or behind the chopper optimally)
Battletoads (seriously, not because of any of that 'meme' crap, the original was awesome)

I thought I was the only one. If Midway really wants to get out of debt this would be a great place to start.
Most games I've enjoyed have sequels, but I guess a proper sequel (as opposed to "spiritual successor") to System Shock 2 would be nice.
Also, if it meant there would be another film, anything linked to Disney/Pixar's Incredibles.
