Day One, that was a long ass time ago. In retrospect, I'm glad they didn't just get the old gang back together. Everyone seems like they're in a good place, and I like occasionally getting to see or hear those guys on videos and podcasts at like PAX and stuff. Obviously Kasavin did move on from EA LA to bigger and better things, Rich is still at 38 Studios and it actually seems like they're shipping a game next February, Brian Ekberg is rocking out at Turn 10, Carrie is killing it over at Mythic with Paul, and of course Alex and Matt are doing Screened.

I'll always have my great GS memories, but I'm really glad to see the people I followed and grew to like moving onwards and upwards in their careers. It's been a fun ride, and I ain't getting off anytime soon.

Curse whom ever bumped this thread and made me go and look at my older posts. Holy fuck balls was my writing terrible back then. It's still bad now, but holy sweet god dam jumping Jesus was it bad. Thank the gods Anime Vice came along and being a part of that community, before it was killed, got me to start giving a dam and putting the slightest bit of effort into it.

I love this genre and readily admit that I bought a 360 to play this game. It's not the greatest game ever, but I certainly found it enjoyable.

So I was in on the beta for the new Xbox dashboard and got to look at the new features, namely ESPN, before the general public could. While watching games on ESPN I noticed how bad the frame rate looked. Compared to ESPN HD on cable, the Xbox ESPN games looked a little choppy. It looked like a product of the video being streamed through the internet (as I believe this is the feed from espn3.com. So, I had hoped that they would change the feed for these games from the website to their cable feed when the dashboard went public. But they didn't. I like that the stream is in 1080p but the frame rate really effects the experience for me. Has anyone else noticed this? Is this as big a problem as it is for me for everyone else?

Memories. I recently bought a slim cause that 60GB self destructed. That was an odd weekend.

Also, that's not accurate. I know for a fact that I made my account just to make a comment on the last episode of the P4 ER. And, if my memory is right, that post was "WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

It came from StarCraft where it is common to say GLHF (Good Luck Have Fun) before the start of a game, then it turned into Batman somehow.

Off-Topic » Unboxing videos on YouTubePersonally i get alot of enjoyment out of certain peoples unboxing vids, while some are as mentioned bragging vids. I'd recommend CheapyD's unboxing videos if i had to choose one, those are always entertaining!
