Gragas, the Rabble Rouser

Origin

Gragas hails from the foothills of The Great Barrier in Valoran. He lives a secluded life in the one of the harshest, most rugged and unforgiving environments in Runeterra. Gragas spends his days satiating his sole passion in life, brewing. He brews alcohols of all kinds, but what makes them dangerous is Gragas' proximity to a powerful Nexus. The Nexus' powers have seeped into his brews over many years, imbuing him with an enormous girth and height. Gragas temper also disappeared with his physique. Whenever Gragas travels into Noxus for supplies it ends in the injured screams of Noxian taverns and their patrons. This has gained Gragas a reputation and as such he was invited to fight in the League of Legends.
 

Abilities

 

Happy Hour (Passive): After using an ability Gragas takes a drink from his cask restoring 2% of his total health over a 4 second period. 
 

  
 

Barrel Roll: Gragas rolls his cask to a location, which can be activated to explode or will explode on its own after 5 seconds. Gragas rolls his cask to a location, which can be activated again to explode or will explode on its own after 5 seconds, dealing 85/135/185/235/285 ( 0.9 per ability power) magic damage and slowing attack speed to enemies in the area.

Drunken Rage: Gragas guzzles down brew from his cask for 1 second, restoring his mana. After finishing, he becomes drunkenly empowered, increasing his damage dealt and reducing damage received. Gragas guzzles down brew from his cask, channeling for 1 second. He gains 50/60/70/80/90 mana while channeling, and becomes empowered after finishing, increasing attack damage by 30/40/50/60/70, and reducing damage taken by 10/12/14/16/18% for 25 seconds.

 Body Slam: Gragas charges to a location and collides with the first enemy unit he comes across, dealing damage to all nearby enemy units and slowing their movement. Damage is split amongst units hit. Gragas charges forward, colliding with the first enemy unit he hits and dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (plus 66% of his attack damage and 50% of his ability power) to enemies in the area. Damage is split amongst targets hit. Units hit by Body Slam are slowed by 35% for 2.5 seconds.

Explosive Cask: Gragas hurls his cask to a location, which explodes on impact, dealing 200/325/450 ( 1 per ability power) magic damage to all units struck. and knocking them back.
