    Aaron Griffin is the former CEO of the Griffin Imulsion Company in Gears of War 3. After much of Sera was demolished in the Hammer of Dawn counterattack, Griffin became the leader of a Stranded uprising in a part of Char visited by Marcus and crew during Act IV.

    Aaron Griffin leads a rag-tag group of Stranded humans who Marcus Fenix and Delta Squad come across in Act IV of the Gears of War 3 campaign. Griffin is part-soldier, part-businessman, having previously been in charge of the Griffin Imulsion Company. His corporate office, Griffin Towers, remained mostly standing after the Hammer of Dawn counterattack. Naturally, he doesn't take kindly to COG visitors, as they are the ones who destroyed his home.

    Griffin is voiced by Ice-T, which may explain his affinity for sunglasses, canes, and gold plated weaponry.

    He can be unlocked as a playable character in Gears of War 3's multiplayer modes via two methods:

    1. Earning the Onyx version of the, "Big Money," medal in Horde mode.
    2. "Liking" the official Gears of War 3 Facebook page.
