In some games, usually RPGs, they have a boss of the game to be a angel or appearance of an angelic-like being.
Usually refers to the end of the world.
Betrayal is when a person breaks the trust and faith that others have placed in them.
Bosses are enemies that fight you at the end of a level or at a significant point in the story.
A character in a game who uses unorthodox moves, and who likes to play 'practical jokes' on opponents. This makes losing to him/her all the more humiliating.
The comic relief is a character, other than the main character, who is meant to add humor and lighten the mood of the game. These characters are usually very dumb or very witty, and are usually very talkative.
Some games just won't settle for laughs. Some games make you want to cringe as you're busting a gut.
The usually self-appointed leader of a region with totalitarian control. Usually will come into power through violence and will stay in power until he dies or is killed.
A theme used very often in fantasy and sci-fi settings is that of a brutal, totalitarian empire or kingdom whose armies oppress the common people. Evil Empires appear under many names in various game worlds, including simply "The Empire".
Many video game villains oftentimes laugh in evil ways, be it a vicious cackle, a sneering chuckle, or a booming laugh. Common evil laughs often include "Bwa-ha-ha", "Mwa-ha-ha", or "Ho ho ho".
Fidelis Forma translates to "True Form." It represents a situation where a character reveals a power or nature they had previously hidden away.
The last boss you face in a game, usually representing the final climax of the game.
A state of mind in which a person (usually a leader or dictator) genuinely believes that they are a powerful god.
Insanity is a condition whereby the sufferer is of unsound mind. Depending on the condition of the individual, he or she may be prone to fits of uncontrollable violent behavior, hallucinations, or other symptoms.
Misanthropy is the hatred and fear of human beings and humanity in general.
A trait in which a character's heinous actions stem not from a tragic past event or personal wrongdoing, but rather an indulgent "because I can" attitude that remains unreformed.
Psychopaths are noted for generally lacking a conscience, getting enjoyment from various forms of destruction, and an inability to learn from their mistakes.
The act of killing a monarch. Generally characters involved are portrayed as traitors or revolutionaries.
The idea of deriving a feeling of pleasure through inflicting pain or suffering on another living being.
A person incapable of feeling emotion and empathy, though they may fake displaying such in order to fit into society. Their inability to empathize make them potentially dangerous as they lack the ability to feel guilt or remorse for cruel acts committed against others.
Some bosses transition through two or more forms during the course of a fight. Each form has its own abilities and health separate from those of other forms.
A malevolent character whose goals are evil in nature. While villains are commonly featured as antagonists, not all antagonists are necessarily villains.
