They are as honorable as they are craggy and stone-faced, and they led a deep culture of noble warriors with an ancient heritage.
The Daktaklakpak are a group of semi-sapient machines originally built by the Precursors. They have evolved into arrogant beings, as they no longer realize that they were built as simple maintenance drones.

The Harika and Yorn are known as vicious predators with a fierce warrior ethic. In reality only the Harika are. The Yorn are small, friendly, cuddly, fluffy beings, which the Harika eat. The Harika and Yorn co-evolved as predator and prey, and each is thoroughly dependent on the other through a symbiotic relationship.
The Heralds are a race that inhabited the Kessari Quadrant. They are servants and messengers of the Eternal Ones.
Humans are bipedal, sapient primates capable of abstract reasoning, language, and emotions.
K'tang Kaktorri are the petty thugs of the Hedgemonic Crux and hail from Argus IV in the Kessari Quadrant. Despite their fearsome armor mech suits, in reality inside they are small, grey, four-armed creatures.

The Ploxis are the leading elite of the Hegemonic Crux, ruling from the shadows using the K'tang Katorri as proxies and petty thugs. They resemble nude bird creatures and seem to be hardwired into their ships,

The Syreen are an alien race from the Star Control series. Genetically, the Syreen species is more closely relate to Humans than anyother.
The Ur-Quan Kor-Ah are an alien race from the Star Control series. They are one of the central races.
The Ur-Quan Kzer-Za are an alien race from Star Control II. They are one of the central races.
The Utwig are an alien race from the Star Control series. Their mission is to "perform an essential service for the universe".
The VUX are an alien race from the Star Control series. They are a superficial race where their beauty means social importance.
The Vyro-Ingo are insane yet sapient crustaceanoids that were brought up on the planet Izanagi V in the Kessari Quadrant, although this is likely not their homeplanet. Their ancestors were non-sapient until their upliftal by the Precursors, during the process though they were split into two species - the Vyro-Ingo and the VUX.
The Xchagger are a race of quasi-sapient colony microorganisms from the world Zosma VI in the Kessari Quadrant.
