Turns out well crafted gameplay elements can make even the most bizarre crossover you've ever seen work 0

Just about everyone didn’t expect much from this crossover when they first heard about it. The crazy Rabbids mixed with Mario seemed like an odd match that couldn't go anywhere good. Yet finding out it was a turn based strategy game my curiosity made me want to check it out. My usual spiel of going through the narrative is quite pointless for this game. All you need to know is that the wacky Rabbids have invaded the Mushroom Kingdom and it’s up to Mario & Co to stop a out of con...

A gamble that paid off, Mario + Rabbids is another great example of something I never knew I wanted 0

For all the classic - or "traditional" - Mario games that there have been over the years, there are also a lot of projects that are comparatively pretty out there. Fun but a bit long and not enough variety 0

This game looks great, I loved the world that they created and I enjoyed the music. This game has been described as an X-Com like game, it is in only the most basic sense; while I enjoyed the game I was disappointed with how simply it was and the lack of progression, you have all your abilities from the start and all upgrades to weapons and abilities were just bigger numbers. The game felt really long, there are a lot of battles and they are mostly the same enemies with bigger numbers vs your team...
