    ...for The Xbox 360 and now I can't find where to play it. When I start a new game it just does the usual, The council is dead, etc.

    Something is wrong with your disc, the council shouldn't be dead.

    It occurs after the normandy gets blown to shit, right before they show shepard being rebuilt.
