An Interesting and Fun to Use Character

I was a bit hesitant if "The Stolen Memory" would be worth the cost, but seven dollars doesn't seem like that much when you factor in the mission, character, weapon, and upgrade you get. The mission beings by meeting Kasumi Goto at the citadel. My first impressions was that this character was very interesting. She has an interesting personality; she is confident, elusive, and powerful.

I immediately started Kasumi's loyalty mission. We went to a dinner party for a powerful man. Kasumi wants something from

him and she creates an elaborate plan for us to get in and get it. The beginning of this mission is not the usual mission that is experience in Mass Effect 2. The mission requires the player to get information from other players and solve puzzles. But once the puzzle is solved, it is business as usual. As soon as the action starts, the player now has control of a new SMG, The Locust. This SMG has a low amount of rounds, and is not as powerful as The Tempest, but it makes up for it in accuracy. It is very easy to pull off headshots on full auto. The rest of the mission contains a bunch of gun fights that culminate in a boss battle in the end. The boss battle is relatively hard on the insanity level, but is very entertaining.

Using Kasumi is a lot of fun. Her Shadow Strike ability allows her to cloak and teleport behind an enemy and punch them for a lot of damage, and it also knocks them down. Her Overload ability is useless because her Shadow Strike does more damage, even to synthetics. Her Flashbang talent is also a lot of fun. It has a low cooldown and can be thrown into a group of enemies and stun them. Overall, the DLC provides plenty of enjoyable content, and provides a new gun and character than can be used for the rest of the game.

      Short but Sweet 0

The idea of paying for new downloadable content for our games is still a young idea. There is still always that question of of how much should one pay for a set of maps or two hours of new single-player content. The question comes to my mind over Mass Effect 2's new downloadable character, Kasumi.  One thing to note about the DLC pack is it's length. I beat it in under a hour. €7 ($7) for just under a hour of content isn't the most pleasing of prices. It all really depends on how much you value ...

Kasumi steals the crown for the best ME2 loyalty mission! 0

Stolen Memory has to be taken in the context for which it was so obviously intended.  Not as simply a bonus mission.  Nor as "The Further Adventures of Indiana Shepard", but as an extra character for your suicide team.  And a bad-ass addition Kasumi is!  You see this sexy and mysterious thief can turn invisible!   " A-ha!" I hear you say, " My Infiltrator Shepard can turn invisible!"  Well, can your Shepard turn invisible, sneak up behind an enemy in a fire fight, stab that dude in the back and ...
