And then the Bioware social forums exploded. Seriously, romances are never the best part of any bioware game. It's nice that now you have options for every preference, but when people get super anal or obsessive about romances I have no understanding why.

Why do Bioware feel the need to pander to shippers and creepy fans of the series who demand this sort of stuff?

Surely ONE or even two members of your party should be either gay or open to the idea of clashing swords/hoovering/strappin it good. This shouldn't apply to every fucking member of your team. If Garrus tells me that he has my back and I have been responding well to him throughout the game to that point....I do NOT expect him to WINK at me and look at my guy's ARSE!

I bet the "same-sex" characters that you can get jiggy with will be of species that are asexual, like the Asari.

I don't care if everyone's gay, but they should make it so you can pick your Shep's sexual preference so that I don't end up in awkward sex talks when I'm just being friendly.
