    Naoki Yoshida is the current Producer and Director of Final Fantasy XIV, as well as the producer for Final Fantasy XVI. In addition, he sits on the SQUARE ENIX board of directors, and is vice president of Creative Business Unit III, which oversees Final Fantasies XI, XIV and XVI, as well as the Dragon Quest Builders series.

    Yoshida was given the position of Producer & Director of Final Fantasy XIV in December 2010 following the disastrous launch of Final Fantasy XIV in September 2010. He replaced Hiromichi Tanaka as producer, and Nobuaki Komoto as director.

    Before working on FFXIV, Yoshida worked as a director on Dragon Quest X, and Dragon Quest Monster Battle Road.
