Paper Mario TTYD is an AMAZING game. It's my favorite of the Paper Mario series and even if you don't like it you gotta admit it's pretty damn clever.
GAMEPLAY-  If you read my Paper Mario review (N64) you probably know the gameplay but, if you didn't well:
There is 2 sections of game: the overworld and the battle station place whatever the hell you wanna call it.  in the overworld you solve puzzles, talk to people, collect items and badges, and advance the story further. During battles as in any RPG, you try to defeat enemies by attacking them. But something not normally in RPGs are action cammands where you do something like tap a button or tilt the control stick back and release it at a certain time to do extra damage. Badges are like extra moves, the game uses badge points to limit the amount of badges you can equip. You also have partners which are characters who follow you around and help you during battle. There is a total of 6 partners you get in the main story and 1 hidden partner. Different from Paper Mario 1 is that your partners have HP now and they can faint. If a Partner loses all their HP, well the battle will be harder. If Mario loses all his HP, Game Over. FP are the points that limit how many badge or special moves you can use.In between every level yyou play as peach who has been captured but I don't want to give anything away. You also play as Bowser in an old style Super Mario Bros. fashion.
GRAPHICS- The graphics in this game are really good and clever. all the people are made of paper and the background is fuily 3-D and even some things in the background are made of paper and one of your partners can blow it away.
STORY-The story in this game is as follows long ago a town was destroyed and then a new town was built and a treasure chest is under that town Peach finds the treasure map and sends a letter to Mario to help her find it. When Mario gets to the town Peach isn't there  and mario figures she's trying to find the crystal stars which you need to get the treasure so, Mario goes to find the crystal stars to try and catch up with her but it turns out she was captured. The story is very well put together actually and keeps you wondering what's gonna happen until it happens
MUSIC- The music in paper Mario is perfection i love every tune and each one fits it's area perfectly.
CONTROLS- the controls are also very good but can be a little stiff sometimes and screw you up in battle
DIOLOUGUE-this game's diolougue is so amazing I had to make a seperate section for it. mostly everyone around has something interesting or funny to say and there's even some people who are advertising for nintendo
    So yeah PMTTYD is AWSUM

Behold the Power of Paper 0

When you think of paper what comes to mind? If its not a vibrant and colorful world, inhabited by bizarre and wacky characters then I’m afraid you don’t know anything about the wonders of paper.Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door is an RPG staring everyone’s favorite plumber, Mario. Are hero is once again on a quest to save the princess, whose goal in life is to hold the record for most consecutive abductions (at this rate poor Zelda will never catch up). This may seem to be an uninspired start,...

Paper Mario is, without doubt, the best Mario game ever created! 0

Let's start with a small prologue: I do not usually review well-known games, as I feel most players already know that it's solid. This is an exception, because this game deserves all the attention it can get. Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door (TTYD) is an RPG that sets Mario in search for the 7 Crystal Stars. He needs those so he can thwart the plans of Grodus and his gang of baddies. These weird moon critters have taken Princess Peach hostage and are looking for the Crystal Stars, so ...
