@Dread612: For your Metro shots I know they're not max settings because that's unobtainable on any hardware right now (well, outside of GTX 480 tri-sli or something), but they still look so good so that's why I'm wondering. Do you at least remember the AA setting?
I actually prefer the narrow POV for ME2, but I'd still be interested to know how you changed it.

Make the modifications to Mass Effect 2\BioGame\Config\PC\Cooked\Coalesced.ini Make sure you open it with notepad2 to make the changes.
4 - Copy ME2IniFixer.exe to the same directory where the modified Coalesced.ini is and then run ME2IniFixer.exe. You should see a message saying the file has been corrected or something like that.
That should take care of it. Make sure you make a copy of Coalesced.ini before you start to edit it, otherwise if something messes up, you will need to re-install ME2.
@HitmanAgent47: I have a question, how do you take action shots? Do you set FRAPS to take screenshots at intervals or do you actually take them while playing? I seem to have a hard time screencapping while shooting most of the time, missed a lot of good action shots in the games I've played.
@Jack268: You see that insert on the top of your post? You use that. You upload a screenshot from imageshack. If you know how to use html code to paste a screenshot, then you probally know how to use that to paste it here.
@Geno: That's a good question indeed, I mapped the screenshot key from fraps to the tilda key ~ I just press it with my pinky and I can continue the fight even while moving and shooting. It doesn't work with every game though, certain games uses the tilda key to get into the console, so I have to remap it. However that's the idea.
@HitmanAgent47: Mine's mapped to Print Screen, which is why most of my screenshots are still or non-action shots. I would map it to the tilde key but I use the console a lot in most games.
@Geno: I recently changed my screenshot binding to left alt, since I tend to find that key awkward and rebind it whenever I can. I used to have it on numpad enter, which simply did not work for action shots. At all.
Screens I captured from Dark Athena. I had posted some Butcher Bay pics earlier, and have finally gotten onto the new game. I might post up some Metro 2033 and Borderlands later (maybe ME2 which I still have a gamesave for but there seems to be a sufficient amount if not more than needed), but I must reinstall those again - but I can run all max settings. I lost my gamesaves for those though after a format.
I take back what I said about Dragon Age looking bad - it looks quite fine, on the PC at least. I also rather like the look of my character. Just a small glitch with its transparent textures though, rather than being invisible like they should be, they show up as "warped" translucent slices. Not that obvious but you can sometimes see it around the edges of hair and vegetation. Also, the game is a bit more demanding than I expected, approximately twice as much as Mass Effect 2. Still though, you get rather nice results. Can't wait to try out some texture packs and other mods once I'm finished the game. I'm picking all the "renegade" type choices and it's morbidly amusing to squeeze peasants for all they've got.
It has to be pc games only, not anything on consoles (gears of war a pc game btw)

@turbomonkey138: When I see you replied in my mail box, I knew is was going to be a negative comment as expected. First of all, that size isn't big, it's because you have a shitty monitor and can't see it, all the pc gamers can see it perfectly, get a real monitor cheapo. Second, gears of war is also on the pc, you just didn't realise it yet. I am talking about console screenshots from ign and gamespot, gears of war is different because there is also a pc port. Besides gears is a multiplatform game, I took it from the pc so that doesn't go against what I said. You can see there are a lot of multiplatform games on the thread. I'll take more gears of war screenshots then and post even bigger screens and if you don't like it, then don't post ignorant comments on my thread. Do some research before you press post reply.
Edit: if you have a 30" screen, then these screenshots should look small to you, not big.
I already changed the front page to reflect your misinterpretations of my quotes turbo monkey. Also look at all my other enemies I argued with in the past like with macs showing up in my thread when they aren't even posting games spamming my thread quoting me. I'm reporting your post for spamming my thread. Then aperture once again ignoring the original post and posting whatever he wants. At least he's not insulting, rather spamming my topic, that's an improvment.
I already contacted a few mods, if they are reading this, plz delete all the post that's off topic for these recent pages and spamming the thread, even on the page before this one. Dipstick is also one of those pc haters on the forum looking to get even because I don't agree with him about macs therefore he hates me. Now he also spams my thread. Wait a few of the post are deleted, that's good.

If you're going to post in this topic then stay on track and don't try to derail it because of some dispute in another topic unrelated to this one.
If you have issues with someone then take it up with them via PM or contact the mod team. But don't be a tool and try to disrupt a perfectly entertaining topic, there aren't many PC related topics that get quite as much attention as this one. I'd hate to see this get ruined by an influx of spammers and what not.
Also if you're quoting a post with massive screenshots in it then be sure to remove the images from the quoted section. It causes immense disruption when people want to scroll and have to scroll past unnecessarily large quotes.

The Scrin Rift Generator makes a rift in space and time, sucking everything in its radius into the darkness of deep space. So yeah, that's a galaxy you see in the middle.
I really, really love how the Ion Cannon looks in this game.
To the right is where the Ion Cannon went off, the upper left are a bunch of Scrin Carriers and Destroyers that I built, some of them still have their shielding. The ones that look pure white look like that because they're over a Scrin Storm Tower which makes a localized Ion Storm, which apparently aids Scrin aircraft. Or at least doesn't hurt them.
That's it, I have like, four or so Red Orchestra ones that I took a few hours ago. Though I'll wait until I take more to put those up.
Edit: I also love the Scrin Mothership up there, destroying that one base. If on flat ground, it can wipe out an entire base with one shot. It's a game-winner if you can get it to fire, but it's insanely slow. And god help you if you have to turn it around in a hurry.
@HitmanAgent47: Monitor or television size doesn't matter when considering viewability, it's the resolution. A 30" TV with 720p res will see less of large pictures than a 20" monitor with 1080p. 1080p screenshots are only fully viewable on GB forums by people with 2560x1600 monitors. If you're talking about downloading then viewing it shouldn't be a problem for anyone since their computer should automatically downscale it.
Without any futher unnecessary interuptions, for GeOW, I can change the look of the game, I choose intense because it gives a very metalic look. There is vivid and there is default which looks different. The lighting is different because it's using DX10, which also gives you the ability to use anti aliasing, which makes the game look very cool. That also makes the lighting a bit different. Next time i'll be posting at X1080p, these screenshots aren't that big. You can probally see 85% of X900 rez if you have a high rez monitor. and geno...obviously, however I wasn't posting full size, 30" monitor or not, X900 isn't exactly all that big of a screenshot for X1600 rez...unless they are using 720p, then that's their problem.
Yeah it's pretty great, I got it on the Steam sale for like 6 bucks. Runs amazingly too on max settings - it's still a very good looking game. Escape from Butcher's Bay was a well done remake but Dark Athena is superb.
