    Polly owns and operates the hotel in Greenvale, a monumental task for a woman of her age. She perseveres though, and is quite energetic and cheerful. She is quite skilled at brewing coffee, though she is a bit hard of hearing which proves to be quite frustrating to some. She states she used to be married but her husband passed away a few years prior to the games events.
