I could see the Riddler work if they left the sadisitc maniacly humor and lean towards a Jigsaw like character from Saw

Mr Freeze would be really hard to ground him and make him realistic like the joker

never really cared much for the MS guys, they dont have that charisma that can keep your attention like peter moore did

the concern i have with that is that i think the riddler, if nolan were to reinvent him, would be far too similar to Ledger's Joker to stay consistant the darker tone of the movies
