They needed a dude for the Mocap and voice acting AT the same time. So sadly no Ironside.

This guy could have been someone Fisher trained over time, therefore explaining why/how he handles like Fisher, but then that also allows them to add new animation and abilities that would be slightly incongruous with an ever-aging Fisher (even though with the last game they just said 'fuck it'). I kinda thought the new guy in the E3 demo sounded almost like he was doing an impression of Fisher, although I understand he has to maintain consistency with the older games.

Anyway what do you guys think? Is Fisher as big as Snake or Drake as an iconic main character with a very definable voice, or are you happy with other people voicing him in a similar fashion?

Would a new character work in a game like this? Narratively I think they could totally tell the story of different SC agents and how Third Echelon keep them secret from each other.

I think someone heard that and thought it would be funny if he got everyone to think Donald said the "n word" when he is actually saying "little." And now people either actually believe it or they are perpetuating the myth.

If anything due to Donalds speech he says "Liddle" meaning little...except sounds like....

I had a bunch like that. Had one girl come up to me and say "I need help for my bus home. " I was in my mind about to say no. they then said "What bus will take me Newcastle?" I am in the middle of Scotland.....if she needs to get to Newcastle, She needs to get through half of Scotland and then a bit through England to get there. So I gave a few pounds. Since she is either a crap scammer or actuary in need to get to newcastle. So then informed her. "No busses go to Newcastle. Youll need to get to Livingston or Bathgate and work from there."

One aboslute genuine or One absolute Genius encounter, me and my girlfriend at the time was walking back from local train station. When down some back roads and coming opposite us was a guy with a bandaged leg, he came up and asked if we could spare in money, Key thing is...he was a crying realy realy crying. He filled us in that "I just got back from hospital! My leg." I looked and it was bleeding through the bandages. "They took me to Stirling hospital!....I am realy in pain." We were about an hour bus ride from Stirling, the local hospital was redone and not accepting Major injuries, a new super hospital was being built. It took them 4 years before it became slightly operational. And this story was 5 years ago. So he filled us in that he was treated and then told to go home, except he didnt have any money and no one to call. So he had to sort out things just to get to here, and then he had a 20 minute train ride or an hour bus ride to get home. All prospects were not very good.

So we game a sizable amount. and he went on his way. I am 100% he was in agony and it was true. If not then my god is he an actor.

Often there is people asking for 10p to 50p I sometimes give in.

Other times. I see beggers that appall me. One woman was pretty loud and I had earphones I asked "what?" she clocked a guy in a suit and ignored me and now pressured the guy with visible money. I noticed she had a sign "Homeless and hungry please give generously." I have seen her often here. I moved on. I got my food shop done, it was at a bus station got on my bus and sat down. I saw her go into the shop I just came out of. She came out with 3 big boxes of crips(Chips to americans.) She then went and got on the bus..........she then paid £1.80 thats $4 roughly. She sat down...I was a bit annoyed...let it go maby this is the best she can do....what happens? Two bus stops later!? She gets off!!! It was only a 5 minute walk to get here!! I have 15minute bus ride which to walk is 1hr.30mins its cost me £2:60 AND SHE SPENDS £1:80! FOR THE SHORTEST RIDE I HAVE EVER SEEN!! AND SHE IS SUPPOSED TO BE HOMLESS!!! FUCK OFF!

I was in the Capital City Edinburgh, loooooots of "homeless". On the corner of this busy cross way, a guy was there under a blanked and asking for changed. Me and my girlfriend ignored him. While waiting for the traffic lights. A guy went up and talked to him. I then saw him get up and they swapped places...? I then heard the "homeless" guy say "i am going to go to starbucks for some soup. Meet you back here in 6 hours? right. ok!" THE FUCK!? SOUP! STAR BUCKS!? THATS FUCKING £4!!! I CANT EVEN AFFORD THAT!!! AND THEY ARE ON A SHIFT SYSTEM!!!

Plus I saw a guy in Glasgow that I am sure was homeless sleeping holding a paper cup above his head with a sign......I was kind of insulted....

So Now I give to no "homeless" cos I dont think they are. The real homeless, raid the bins at the back of super markets and eat like kings! Even clean up behind them. Worked at place that was next to a supermarket and had to shoo off a few homeless, However they were fine.

Beyond the space jockey guy being out of position, the original ships is in a different position to the one in the new movie. Kind of angled upwards or downwards depending on which way is front for it.

I went in with the assumption too that it was going to be the same ship and place but I don't think they ever said it was.

I am very certain there was a point that AVGN went to Screwattack , (it may have been newly founded) only and was only available for subscribing members. I dont know how long it lasted, except there was a period I wasn't allowed to watch it due to a money barrier years ago. It was about the time from when he changed from Angry Nintendo Nerd to Angry Video game nerd.

However my complaints about money barriers is bit ironic, considering I cant stand not having a subscription to GB.......

I will hold up one hand and say "I could be wrong about the whole thing." However I am certain it was like that for at least a month, I only found out AVGN wasnt under a subscription bubble a year ago be he once or never was. There was a barrier involving Screwattack I know that much.

Yeah it wasnt till I watched the video I realized the effort put into it. I was thinking much the same as his usual videos, however he certainly went for the "MOVIE" part.

I just find it strange this Internet Gamers "Movies" HCG has been making his movie for years, AVGN has a movie.

But then again , Years ago there was variations of AVGN, As I looked up the Rob the Robot vid, There was an IrateGamer who had done one 4 years ago. Happy console Gamer was a direct effect of AVGN since. There was so many people modeling themselves after AVGN he went "Why does everyone have to be so "ANGRY"? and more so about video games? So I decided. I will be the HAPPY console Gamer."

Hell there is a youtube games reviewer I have started to follow called "AngryJoe". He has a pretty nice production quality and I like his humor.

While AVGN was the original (I think) I have just grown out of it. Maby the movie will be good or not. Depends on how I watch it. Untill super excitment is drummed up by all sorts of people, I have no interest, more so if it will be an honest DVD set up.

Well When AVGN put up that big money wall barrier when everyone was experimenting with subscriptions. I switched off. Years later found out it was free again and went "cool not gonna watch" I watched Rob the Robot one mainly because I never ever ever knew that such a thing existed let alone was launch in the US for the Nes. I am UK it never made it here for good reason and everyone has gladly forgotten about it.

However just that video was ok to a point and then it became tiring to watch. Most people have commented saying that the movie is expected to be much like that....and well you do the maths on my expectations.

Edit: watch the update thing and fuck an actual film crew and stuff! Geeze, HCG is just him and his expensive camera and friends, been making it slowly for years now. AVG swoops in with a full crew and 4 months.
