Props to Alex for the In The Loop reference, very nice.
This has been said a thousand times before, but I do wish they'd allow themselves to do more than one mission per episode. The pacing of this series feels glacial.
I'm with Alex, and with @ildon - draft a new person to be killed + manner of death every episode, regardless whether someone gets offed that episode. It allows Abby to switch to a different task when things get too tedious (both for her and us, the audience), and I like the idea of the challenge ramping up.
Really enjoying this series. I didn't think Ryckert could shock me anymore, but he manages it in the last 5 minutes, with his statement that he has never made coffee. Incredible.
I'm kind of bummed they changed the combat balance. It seems basically impossible to die in those fire fights now as long as you aren't completely reckless. I know a lot of the fun of the game is getting through killing nobody but a lot of the tension in these videos always came from the fact it was so easy to die.
I haven't played the game for about a year, and I am AMAZED at what you can get away with now.
Amazed and kind of disappointed, really. Moves the needle from stealth game to action game a bit too much, I feel.
