I don't understand why the endurance run has to be a terrible game, why cannot it be a great critically acclaimed game I can sit back and enjoy? I would love for them to do Halo, Super Mario World, Thief 3, Batman Arkham City, and even more. Just because people know about it doesn't mean it wont be fun to watch. I couldn't get past the 2nd or 3rd video in each of the other endurance runs because of the game and I doubt I am the only one to do just that.
I don't think Nintendo really needs to do this, they have proven to be able to beat the common game play mechanic with different game play. What needs to happen is just a push of games that make us utilize the analog stick it has and build upon that, kind of how the N64 still had FPS' but only had one stick. PSVita should hold the two-stick market for now and we will see a spill of shit FPS' run its course because of it.
I choose to avoid this kind of animalistic sale nowadays after learning how much people ditch dignity and respect to cash in on a "great" deal that has cost human lives. Yeah, I know it hasn't been common but the looks of eagerness in peoples eyes and sheer lack of decency they displayed when I worked retail makes me want to avoid that at all costs. I am aware that not all people are that way, but enoug hare.
