I'm going to miss Grubbsnax when my membership ends but everything else has been a complete miss for me. Really disappointing that GB has essentially turned into Bakalar curated youtube. What the heck happened?
Great year for games. Put together a quick top 10 off the top of my head with all great games. Didn't even think of Overwatch, XCom2, DarkSouls 3, Civ VI, Deus Ex, Forza Horizon or Inside.
Had a buddy who I watched all the races with in the past but he always downloaded the Sky feeds and watched later in the day. It's tough going back to the commercial laden local feeds now!
Something I tried to tell people about for years without being able to get people to understand. But finally someone is researching it and given it a name.
As someone with a blind "Minds eye", Imagination was never my strong suit. I had a group of friends who all played and loved D&D and tried to join them but given that I cannot picture things in my head trying to get any sort of immersion out of it was impossible. I love that it did and continues to exist but has never been for me.
