Watching the stream from the guy who got a copy it seems more like a 3 star game and the review reads more like a 4 star to me, but good for Guerrilla that they finally made a thing that has anything interesting going on.

@p_tog: There 4 parts of the town, a park area and lots of buildings.

Second game has you going to other towns, traveling through time and riding the Japanese rails (with adorable announcermans telling you stop names)
