Great write up! I too have not bought a Switch. But alas, I was able to play Breath of the Wild on my Wii U. Loved it and my personal game of the year. We have a lot of the same tastes in games it seems. I adored Life is Strange. I should get Before the Storm and check it out. Again, great write up, have a wonderful New year.

Even if I had a system to play it on, I have no desire to play multiplayer games. My stepson gives me grief over not playing multiplayer games. He hasn't played battlegrounds. He went from Destiny 2 back to Warframe or some shit.

@patsrs: The same with the PS4 society. It's been dead for weeks. Not many played anyway. I think we had like five members.

I never left. Well over 300 hours on my normal save on the PS4. Loving 1.3 right now.

Now that the server problems seem to be fixed, it's great. I'm playing on the PS4 with no problems. The game can be tough or easy according to the course, tees, wind and your skill with the swing mechanics. The Societies are interesting, I've joined three so far. You also have a career mode, mostly an individual society if you will. The game is much improved over the original Golf Club. If you're looking for a three click golf game, this is not it.
