@clintlandon: I just played the entirety of Celeste getting frustrated at the pro controller's d-pad, and your comment here about the joycon d-pad buttons just gave me a phoenix down moment. That makes sense! I will try that next time!

Crystalis was my jam as a kid. It's probably my "I was 8 so I only had three games and played them all to death" game. I've played it through so many times, and hearing that music again was An Experience.
Abby's right about Split the Room -- a bigger group really helps it (you're more likely to get interesting splits) and, if you're playing it with a bunch of friends instead of trying to work/be funny a stream, it can be really clever and interesting. My friends and I thought that was the best one of the pack when we played it.
But then again, none of us had the brilliance of the Johnson Softener.
