I've got a hot take: I agree with some aspects of Net Neutrality, but I disagree with Title II designation and think it stifles innovation.

I can’t speak to the AUS TVs, but do not be tempted by any TV advertising 120 HZ refresh rates. Every TV does it in a form of post-processing and it looks terrible and adds input lag.

@blackheronblue: If you go back to watch their marketing for the pre-launch and first couple of years, I don't think Sony knew what they had as well. I don't think any other company will enter the handheld space, because MS+Sony compete on power, which the Switch has ignored.

To me - the vita was a neat idea way ahead of its time (in both a good and bad way). I think a lot of the first party games made by Sony were bad games - they were attempting to be big console like experiences, without the gameplay to back it up (looking at you uncharted). The ultimate ideal experiences were those with crossplay and crossbuy - ie you could buy one copy on your PS3 and your save would automatically update between the two platforms. But these games were few and far between, and Sony's network didn't always make this an easy system to work. I think the Switch is the realized version of the best of the Vita without any of the downsides. Full game experiences on the go without having to buy two games and making sure your save was pulled from the cloud.

BFII seems like a boring game with some rotten elements. I'm not buying but I don't hold any moral high-ground over someone who does. On the scale of personal / world problems in my life, this is so far down the list it's not worth getting worked up about.

Join the giantbomb destiny discord - https://discordapp.com/invite/TVKc98w. I think most (all?) of the pc clans are filled up, but people generally check in there too if we're looking for extras for our raids.

I once had to fly out to Columbus, Ohio for work for a year and a half. On my way to the local Starbucks I would pass by a Skyline Chili. That place made Waffle House look pristine and clean.

Considering the BeastCast has been giving Abby tips on how to approach GOTY podcasts, I think everyone will be involved (save Rorie). Should be fun to see what happens because a. two new voices and a larger group overall and b. it will be a metaphorical murder island full of good game.
