Please be advised that at present the klingons are not a full faction the have very very little PvE content. The are being compared alot to monster play in warhammer online.
The PS3's warrenty is only 12 months so it not likely it would effect the PS3.  However the have been claims that the PS3 does suffer from similer long term heat dammage problems as the 360.  My PS3 is a Pre slim 40gig Europe model and I had it more then a year with problems but it gets a fraction of my 360's use.
