The movie looks pretty good. I really hope there isn't some shady government guy who manipulates the Iron Man side to go against Cap and they team up to fight the shady government guy at the end. That's just way too much like The Winter Soldier and the Bourne movies.

While there are going to be a lot of heroes in this movie, the focus looks to be on Cap, Bucky, and Falcon, versus the government, Black Widow, and Iron Man. I'm hoping instead that this is a spiritual Avengers type movie and that the other heroes (Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch, Black Panther, War Machine etc.) aren't just showing up to fight a battle at the end.

I ran into the Issue onces a couple of UPFs ago, before I realised that anyone else was having the problem. I thought that it may be my internet connection not downloading the video fast enough and cutting it out, so I scrubbed back a few seconds (so i was watching Live - 5 seconds), thinking it would give my pc some buffer time. It seemed to fix the issue for me.

Going back a few seconds works for me as well

Met's easily would have scored a run and the batter would have had a triple if the ball didn't get stuck in the ivy.

This is the part that I have trouble comprehending. How was it that it took them 3 years into development to realise that the basic structure of the story being written for the game was completely unsuitable for the structure of the game that they were supposedly trying to make? It just doesn't seem credible or make any sense. It can hardly be possible that it was the writers who unilaterally made the decisions about how the narrative was structured, nor would any story decisions be made in isolation from the rest of the organisation either. It must have been the development leads themselves that directed them to write a linear story in the first place. I would imagine that the story would have to be continually iterated upon throughout the dev period so there must have lots of opportunities to alter things accordingly as development progressed. It just cannot have been the case that the writers were sequestered away somewhere until 1 year before release and it was only at that point that the leads saw the story for the first time and suddenly realised that it was no damn good.

I agree. From what I understand, they spent 3 years writing a linear story and developing a game. Then the lead guy watches the super cut and didn't like the story, without somehow checking on it over the 3 year development. Then they also want the story to be partially non-linear and decided that after 3 years. So for the next year, they remove a bunch of story that doesn't fit anymore and just piece together 3 years of work into a frankenstein monster.

Cool pie charts. That note block one is the most interesting to me as those were 65% of his deaths.

I'm was pretty much in the same boat as TC with having ION drums not working on the XB1 and being sad the on disc songs aren't available yet. However, I do enjoy playing drums on the new drumset as I find my pedal and pad responsiveness better than my IONs have been these past few years.

An underrated upgrade I've found is that the older DLC (pre-RB3) has harmonies added. Singing harmonies with a full band has been up there with rocking out on the drumset as my favorite part of rock band. So while RB4 plays similar to RB3, my RB4 experience has been great since I get harmonies for however many pre RB3 dlc I own, plus I currently have a drum set that registers every hit. My expectation is that I'll be able to add a tons more songs that I previously owned.

Wow, there are a lot of parallels between Sonic and the Raiders. 2002 being their last great year is oh so true.

I think David Carr does look good for the Raiders though while Sonic looks like it'll be a while before it recovers after the bust that Sonic Boom was. The football equivalent would be the Raiders drafting JaMarcus Russell v2 instead of David Carr

FYI, Patrick Klepek has been doing a morning Mario Maker stream every day around 9:30 AM Eastern on Twitch. Takes suggestions for levels.

He played my Tower of Joy at the end of this morning's stream!

I remember playing your level and because of your branching paths, Patrick played it differently than me. I used the P block to get to the warp that takes you to the end while Patrick didn't take the shortcut.
