I know Dan posted a vague tweet a couple of weeks before he started, last summer.
I know when this job was first post late last year her name came up a lot.
I remember Alex having high praise for her the last time she was on Bombin in the AM.
I believe she lives in the UK now that her enbeded journalism project is over.
This is still wild speculation on my part, but I would look forward to such a hire.
Although thinking about it more I could see just a much chance of the top canitdate having to go out to the home office in SF, so maybe this is nothing. But a March or April start date seems possible for this news position.
@professoress: Why is that? From what Ono said, they were having difficulties getting the necessary funding. Is there something im missing? Im not too privy on this stuff, frankly.
