I looked around and I couldn't really find a post that went over the best list of current local PC multiplayer games. I just built a HTPC (Silverstone Tek ML04B) with a 2GB GTX 750ti and I'm trying to load as many fun games as possible. I know about the Co-Optimus website, but they only cover COOP games. You won't see things like Crawl and Towerfall on there. The ratings are just my personal impressions of the games.
Please let me know if I'm missing anything! I'm open to Early Access games as long as they are at a state where they are actually fun to play.
I would recommend getting a good case, motherboard, CPU, RAM, Hard drive, and just use the graphics that are integrated into the CPU. That way you could get a nice video card later on if you decided that you wanted to do more intense gaming.
I've had the same thing happen when I've been grouped in with GG stuff on accident. I pretty much just avoid Twitter these days. And YouTube comments. :-)
