Remember that cat fur you got earlier? Combine that with the syrup and apply it to your face, creating a mustache. Now use your new disguise to get onto LeChuck's ship. Another cat will show up chasing a mouse. Quickly stop the cat- the mouse will help you later. You will get caught on the ship. Mouse will bring you the Jade Monkey. Combine mustache with Jade Monkey. Watch ending cutscene.
Easily the best surprise in the game. I felt like I knew what I was going to get in the game due to having played other Bethesda games, and looking up coverage on it, but this sort of came out of left field. It's great.
I like to record audio logs and leave them scattered around my house.

@Hizang: Does it have to be private? I think a blog can be used to track your personal thoughts and such. This gentleman has done about 5 years worth of blog journaling using photos. I tried to keep one, but I find it easier to express and reflect on my emotions and experiences with a veneer of fiction, and end up writing songs and stories instead.
