Definitely FF XIII. Catherine became tedious at the end and the story was kinda ood.
Yeah, FF13 for me...I liked some of the ideas of that game, the battle system was great, but the item and wepon thing bugged the shit out of me...as well as the characters...and the linearity...and did I mention the characters
So let me get this straight "I think more people played a game I loved, so play another over-talked about RPG in it's place"? I'm sure a large number of RPG fans have played Earthbound at this point as well
Yes CT was popular, but I also hear just as many people talk endlessly about Earthbound. Most likely the boys just figured they felt like playing Chrono Trigger again, so why the hell not make it the endurance run. And just because the game has bee released a lot doesn't mean there's no audience to play it for the first time, alot of the re release buyers have probably played this game before. Hell I never played it until last summer! I think claiming that everyone has played it is a classic case of false consensus, no doubt your friend circles have, but most of my buddies would be confused by the title being mentioned.
Vanquish 100%, it is just stupid, stupid fun. Total adrenaline game. If he's a points guy, this game gives bonuses for finishing levels faster, and the boost/slow mo combo made this game so much fun, although it was short.
Look at the exclusives list...if they interest you, get it! And remember the greats such as Infamous, the Ratchets, MGS 4, Uncharted 1&2, Folklore, Valkryia Chronicles...they're all mostly gonna be real cheap in stores!
I think the protests are unfocused, but not unfounded, but yes a lot of the protesters are just whiny hippies.
That said, the banks are corrupt as fuck, anyone who says differently should watch the documentary Inside Job. Deregulation has allowed the banks to make riskier and riskier moves in the name of short term profit, which in turn got wall street workers CRAZY bonuses for acting like assholes. Sorry, it's easy to just say "get a job"...I have one, and I work fucking hard to make sure any structural design I put out is safe as well viable long term solution, I expect the same of these so called bankers.
I have a WHOLE bunch of driving ones. People on merges being the WORST!
Simple, if you are merging, get up to speed with traffic. If you are in the merging lane, rule of thumb, keep at regular speed. If you are behind the merging cars door, slack off the gas, if you are ahead, speed up a little. the person who BOLTS it to beat you, should be dragged from their vehicles and maimed
