@Pie: I am a computer person who builds their own rigs and I enjoy making sure all the parts work together to make an effective gaming machine. So I get where you're coming at with this comment and it really depends on the person.
For me, PC gaming isn't just seeing the 'slightly' better graphics, it is the culture of building my rig, understanding how it works, and how to get the most out of what I have in an efficient way. So what you call bullshit I call fun. Just a difference in what we both enjoy doing in life.
It isn't a PC issue at all. If they had used Steamworks it would have worked flawlessly. This is the publisher and/or developers crap shoot. Publishers need to drop their brick and mortar retailer relationships so developers can implement competent modern day matchmaking without making the player leave the game to open a web browser. It is 2011, wtf Crytek/EA?!

I did the exact same thing. I only used the Plasma Cutter while playing on normal. I had no idea what I'm going to buy on future plays.
So I've been playing Dead Space 2 on the PC with my graphics jacked all the way up (running 60fps). Along the way I've snagged a few screenshots. Figured I'd post this just in case anyone wanted a 1920x1200 desktop wallpaper from one of the later chapters (7, 8, 9 area).
I'll be playing through the game a second time so reply to the post if you want more or specific request. Also, just let me know if you like this and would be interested with similar quality shots from any other PC games.
