Another sign of our entitled generation- why should we expect Sony to go the extra mile on this? You bought your UMD for a UMD device, play it on that. I'm not making them give me .mp3 downloads of a library of mini-discs I bought. I don't expect any passport program at all.
I was going crazy trying to figure out how to get a good look at my character when I got some new equipment, and finally figured it out so wanted to share. Couldn't find it in the game's help menu- sorry if this is a duplicate topic.
On PS3, when you click R3 you go to 3rd person. If you are wielding weapons, the camera stays locked behind you. If you press Square to sheathe your weapons, you can now rotate the camera around. For some reason my camera was WAY up on my character's shoulder and it was pretty useless. Fumbling around, I figured out you can right click and hold R3, then push the left analog stick forward and back to zoom the camera. I find it fun roaming around the wilderness with the camera waaay zoomed out.
Also- it does not work unless you are standing still.
