The Duke Nukem Forever 2013 Mod was aswome! Here's my thoughts.

For those that don't know about this mod. Basically two guys recreated there own DNF using the Duke3d engine. It's based off of the 2001 DNF trailer. Here's some footage of what the game looks like in action if your curious.

Now I've played the game awhile ago and I really enjoyed it. The level design is way better then in the original DNF. They added some new enemy types and 2 weapons from the 2001 trailer, and you can ride the motorcycle. The pace of the game is good and overall its a great mod. For most part it felt like what the 2011 DNF could have been.

It got me thinking if 3drealms only followed there original plan for DNF. The game probably would have been alot better then what it is now. The company had alot of cool concepts and ideas for DNF, but the creators just had to keep switching build engines. Its sad to see all those cool ideas go to waste. Gearbox is the only hope for Duke Nukem to shine again, but from hearing that gearbox is being sued by 3drealms for unpaid royalties.

I don't know when we'll ever see a new Duke game again. I also find it bizarre that 3drealms is suing gearbox in general. Considering that gearbox took a risk when they bought the Duke Nukem ip. Anyway to people who also played the mod whats your thoughts?

The Ouya seems like a waste of time to me.

Now I usually don't judge a console before trying it out, but everything the Ouya has shown hasn't interest me. Having the option to download free games, emulators, install mods, and make your own game is cool, but at the sametime everything the Ouya has shown the pc can already do. The games that the Ouya has to offer I can tell won't win alot of people over.

I don't think the console is going to do well financial. Especially sense the next gen consoles are arriving, and on top of that there hasn't really been good marketing for the Ouya. I'm sure the majority of people don't know the console is out or exist. Maybe I'm being alittle to hard on the console. It did just release not to long ago I should probably hold off on my judgement. In a few months time it could get better, but so far the Ouya has to do more if it wants people's attention.

Now a question to people who has an Ouya. Tell me whats your experience like with the console. Do you regret buying it or are you happy with it?

Do you think this weight loss method I've tried was abit extreme? (Blog)

Basically last year I was 330 pounds, and I was willing to do anything to lose weight. I've learned about this weight loss method called Alternate Day Fasting. Where you eat one day, and don't eat nothing for the next except drink water. Now I've done this method and exercised for a year. I ended up losing 113 pounds and I now weigh 219.

It was tough and challenging, but in the end it was worth it. I can do alot more things without getting easily tired. I get complements from people who seen me when I was huge, and it feels great. Even though I still got some more weight to lose. I feel like I've accomplished something that was a burden to me, but I got people who asked me what I did to lose the weight.

I've told and explained to them what I did, and they thought the weight loss method was extreme. They thought I was crazy for even trying it. I told them this weight lose method isn't for everyone, but it worked for me. I also recommended they should try it first before bashing it, but they was afraid to do it. In the end I'm just glad I got the weight off.

Besides losing weight is just the beginning. My main goal is to start bulking once I reach 180 pounds. Anyway I like to hear what you guys think about Alternate Day Fasting.
