Cause everyone else has a dragon or an oni or some kind of angry samurai man, and then there's one of the most harmless, meatiest, domesticated fish...
It`s the Japanese legend/myth about a koi fish swimming up a waterfall and becoming a dragon. The reason why Nishiki has that tattoo will make more sense later in the series. To some degree every tattoo in the game has some significance and says something about the person wearing it
Does Majima qualify for best new character? Sure he has been in all the earlier games, but this would be the first appearance chronologically. Without going into spoilers this prequel also seems to be rewriting a lot of his character.
Probably not, but then I can see the Majima intro being brought up in the best moments discussion.
Crackdown 3 seems so underwhelming like they have nothing to show. I remember there being another trailer before this that said it was all in game and showed a massive tower being destroyed. I guess they can't do that and have to scale down and make a game that looks worse than saints row 4 graphically. Yikes.
I went to look at the website, a part says "Join with up to 10 agents online to tear the city apart piece by piece in a 100% destructible multiplayer arena, available with your purchase of Crackdown 3." That is really strange...
Last November I built a pretty beefy PC, right around the time Jeff was doing his, for work... Then I decided to put a 1070 in. Overall it cost me $1000, and that's after scouring for every deal/rebate/etc possible. It runs 4K, ~45 fps-ish for Hitman, ME:A, etc. Also tried Gears, and the difference between 4k on PC and xbox is very noticeable.
If devs are willing to put work in, games will look quite a bit better on X vs PS4 pro. And if the machine really does 4k/60fps (even if not matching the ultra settings on PC), $500 is reasonable. We'll have to wait and see if the screen shot comparisons in October starts swaying consumer opinion.
I wonder if optimizing for PS4 pro or X is easier than the other? People are talking about the Witcher 3 devs not doing a PS4 pro patch, but are listed in the games to receive updates today. It's probably not as easy as "we developed on PC as the main platform anyway, so instead of giving Xbox S the medium setting, now X runs in high", but I wonder if the xbox team did some magic to make development easier
Finally had my "that ball is round!" moment for, strangely enough, Forza. The curves on cars finally look smooth, and no jagged edges. Not really a racing guy, but might have to look at it (especially since Crackdown looks so bland, so not 4k, and no mention of destruction...)
