My hopes for additions to the game are some sort of Daily Challenge, and Leaderboards to go with it. I kind of doubt the second one but it would really be nice to be able to turn it into sort of a competition. For now I see myself sort of creating new objectives in order to make things stay interesting after a while. Stuff like no crash coin starts, not getting specific upgrades, no missile runs, and other crazy stuff like that.

A no crash coin start in Season 4 is absolutely suicide for me so far. I've resorted to going back to Season 1 or 2 in order to farm some crash coins to go into Season 4 when I mess up.

Yeah, I'm having a rough time with Season 4 as well, I've found myself ending missions holding an asteroid to block vision on whatever scary unit is hanging out near the warp point.

1. It's OK to avoid fights

2. Maneuverability > Firepower generally - being able to dodge and approach how you want goes a long way.

3. Don't buy missiles - they drop a ton from Raiders especially.

4. Throwing ships into walls as the mech stuns them, very handy on certain enemies.

5. Grabbing an asteroid and using it as cover in a mech is a great way not to get noticed.

6. The gas containers that fly around seem hell-bent on destroying you. Be careful where you chuck them.

I haven't had a chance to finish up Season 4 yet, but Season 3 definitely favored me in the RNG. I ended up with amazing upgrades just a few missions in like one that heals your ship (1 unit) between missions, the freezing bullets, and some other great ones as well.

Really loving the game so far, I am also a lot more in love with the skull coins/continue mechanic after having to do it twice to finish off Season Three and I finally got to Season 4 last night and so far have only played 30 minutes or so of it. I haven't ran into too many glitches myself except a few odd times where an enemy got stuck and was easy to kill. The framerate definitely suffers in larger fights though, I hope they can optimize it or at least when the PC version comes out it avoids those issues.He

It's OK not to like something.

Game is really great, I've managed to only really have issues on launch day, other times I've tried to play have all been good but it's usually later at night when I finally get a chance to get into it.

Don't PSN saves only update like once a day or something to the cloud? I thought I remembered it working that way, it's kind of silly.

It was playable at PAX Prime but only 2-3 setups in a fairly small area. I played it 5-6 times and enjoyed it thoroughly. I really want to be able to buy it.

I've had a few games I haven't been able to connect to but I can usually find one that works.
