First, thanks for everything that you do, not the least of which is staying available under ridiculously extreme circumstances. I believe it's probably the most important thing you can do. I don't know if most people, myself included, would be able to be so brave considering the level of threat you've been exposed to.
Second, know that not everyone out there on the internet is secretly an asshat, waiting for an opportunity to show their true colors. Although it sure seems like that sometimes. Many of us just want to play cool games, made by cool people.
Lastly, I agree with your point here that it's mostly men talking about an issue affecting women. However, what ideas do you have for people to help change that?
I can't even begin to imagine how frustrating it is for women in games (and science and technology in general) but what can we do as individuals? When I went to college for a technical degree, 95% of the classes were male dominated, and in the tech industry that continues to be the case. I'm genuinely looking for real advice from those affected on what actionable things we can do to help.
