I had no problem with this, except for the part where the human reaper looked a bit ridiculous at the end of ME2. If the new reapers looked like I dunno, the Iron Giant from the movie "the iron giant" then that might be cool. Seeing giant humanoid robots destroying entire planets in the next cycle would be a cool moment to watch play out at the end of ME3 if you chose that ending.

I don't think you needed to play leviathan to know that the cycle had been going on for a lot longer than 50,000 years. Maybe you need Javik to get that specific scene where you find out about the cycle. I guess the explanation for their form is only mentioned in Leviathan. What you said is wrong so I take it you didn't see the DLC.

I had a friend in high school get his house shot up while they were minding their own business. He got shot in the leg and his brother was shot in the stomach. They both survived. Don't give me some "you can kill people with bombs and knifes too bullshit." I know you come from a world where guns are a fun hobby, but I live in a place where guns actually kill people. I live in a place where my and my cousin can be playing tennis and a gang member can walk up to us asking us "Do you gangbang? Where you from?" and decide if he wants to blow us away right there. Do you know what it feels like to be in a situation like that? I'm tired of reading bullshit from people who have no idea of the real consequences of gun violence and sit in their chairs thinking of clever ways to act like guns aren't the problem.

No one said it would solve everything, but it would go a long way in helping deter these things. Yes the NRA makes there fair share of dumbass comments but i can laugh at there ignorance as its harmless, there not gonna spend money lobbying for game bans obviously. Taking guns from law abiding people isn't.

Also, the crazies ere out in force with there signs, i thought that one dude was gonna stoke out or something.

Call me crazy, but I feel that preventing the crazy guy from being able to get their hands on a gun is better to a shootout with an armed guard at a school to see if he can get taken down. Being the gun enthusiast that you are you should be aware of the huge advantage the crazy has on the armed guard since he'll be going in knowing he needs to kill the guard first.

I finally finished black ops 2 so that completes all the games I'll finish this year. Torchlight 2 and some games in the humble bundle will have to wait.

Yeah I think it can't be avoided. Snipers are really necessary anyways but they just become crazy with how line of sight works.

The prevalence of big UFO missions later on got my other guys a lot of work, though as I outlined earlier, my sniper with PSY abilities ended up being quite capable himself as far as moving and attacking in a turn.

Although I did have a sniper with more than 100 kills (this wasn't on Ironman mind you, though I mostly let deaths ride).

My team had 3 snipers and the only reason I didn't have a 4th is because of terror missions where I needed 3 dudes (assault, heavy, and support) to get in there quick and clear rooms hoping that my overwatch snipers would catch someone in the buildings. I don't see how you would play the game without as many snipers as you could have. Overwatching squad sighted snipers are too good.

Play very slow. Keep the majority of the team on overwatch and move a single unit forward a few units at a time so you don't accidentally awaken 10 aliens at the same time.
