im not sure this is the place to post this but sunset overdrive is 20% off at greenmangaming.
Ive been playing for a couple hours and it definitely needs a 970 (nvidia gpu) for 1080/60fps with smaa on,and all advanced video processing on as well. still drops sometimes but it looks and feels quite a bit smoother than the xbox version. I have not tried using keyboard and mouse. yes the game feels sluggish at first even then, but it's designed that way and speeds up once you get the hang of the movement it requires.
Been using steam link so my experience has not been pure lol. with that said i have to cap at 45fps to get rid of stutters, and 30fps when streaming to the steam link. cpu is always at 100 even when lowering quality/resolution (so i just stick to very high since it doesn’t make a difference). I have a gtx 970/i5 4440 which i think go well together and are no slouches either one.
The performance reminded me of unity; and also black flag’s weird cpu usage. i mean i liked Unity so im not hating— but the first hour in I had Bayek stuck in a falling animation for a minute before dying and had no way to get stable 60fps; i was about to give up.
