Makes perfect sense - dedicated servers are a MASSIVE part of what makes PC first-person multiplayer great. Them dropping them and replacing it with some crappy matchmaking system where you'll play the vanilla version of the game with no custom maps, mods, and without a regular crowd who you regularly play with just makes the multiplayer sound throwaway and boring.

What, so people getting up in arms for one of the most important parts of why people play PC games online is 'fucking ridiculous' and 'immature'? Check your premises, and if, like most people commenting here, you've never played PC games online then you're completely unqualified to have an opinion on this.

Check the price of it against the GTX 260 216-core. That card outstrips even the 4870 in most games, and hovers around the same price range.

Just finished college recently after 7 years in the same building. While I was there it was so boring and I couldn't care less about working. But now I'm out, I miss talking to everyone and feel like I wasted my abilities by just being lazy.

Looks like these guys got there first. Even worse, they stole our idea.. months before we thought of it! Those bastards.

I can't make them very long. I feel like I cover everything I want to say in a book after like 40 pages, even if it took me weeks to think of it, though I've always been a very concise writer.

Which is why I'm amazed reading Atlas Shrugged. 600 pages in and she's still managing to make the same point she was on page 1, and I'm not sick of hearing it yet. There's another 450 to come, and I don't think the rest of it going to relent.

It's a political one where me (from the UK) and a guy from the US talk about the news, and how the events and the politics behind them are perceived differently in each of our countries.

Some things that flashed briefly into my head were "The Special Relationship Podcast", which sounds downright dirty, or something involving 'Cross-Atlantic'.

Fire away!

Guitar, I play RB. But on PS3 in Europe, so there's never anyone.

It's way harder because of chords and solos and leads.

People don't have enough money for that.. £25 for a game is pushing it for me.

If it's £10 on release, I'll consider it. I'm not hopeful, however.

I managed to get it on expert bass, but nearly failed on Panic Attack (came so close to the bottom)
