Greetings. Long time reader/listener, first time poster from the UK. I am hoping that people here can help me where the general internet has failed. I recently purchased a 3DS, after some time away from the Nintendo scene. I was looking for a new RPG and have been told by numerous people that I should get Radiant Historia. However, I know that the 3DS is region-locked and it seems this game will never see the light of day in Europe (please correct me if I’m wrong on that score).

Does this mean that if I import Historia from the USA, and try to play it on my UK 3DS, I be greeted by a blank screen? I’m not sure if the region-locking is just for the 3DS games, or will cover the older DS games. It may seem a silly question, but as the DS wasn’t region-locked I’m hoping this somehow translates in me being able to play this game whilst I wait for other RPG’s to come my new machine (assuming that they actually get released in Europe of course, region-locking sucks, bad Nintendo).

Hopefully someone here has a 3DS and the game in the UK, or simply knows the answer?
