The update, coupled with a company selling this for a day at £10 last week, convinced me to purchase it. Gaming time is limited these days, so only spent 3-4 hours with it but I am really enjoying it. Confused and lost yes, but also enjoying just wandering around mining, repairing and selling stuff. Had heard about the inventory limits before and holy smokes that is annoying (and it's better now than it was, I am led to believe), and the UI is clunky and generally unhelpful, but there is something at its core that I can't help liking.

Did the PS4 or xBox have many exclusives when they were launched? Genuine question. I seem to remember my PS3 and PS4 having very little on them initially.

Is this just a case of the other two being mid cycle, so therefore having a long library and the Switch not?

I keep seeing this posted in here and various other places and I am a bit confused. Maybe I am missing something but here is what I currently own (besides Zelda):

Shovel Knight - A terrific platformer

Puyo Puyo - A great puzzle game

SnipperClips - Another great puzzle game

I am Setsuna - A fun JRPG that won't rock any worlds but is good and shouldn't be ignored

1-2 Switch - yeah, allright, my Niece and Nephew love it but after 30 minutes it hasn't held my interest much.

With MK coming tomorrow.

So the Puzzle, Platformer, JRPG, Racing/MP and Open World genres are there with good or great games. And the machine has been out like 8 weeks or something.

I am no Nintendo fanboy, I have a PS4 and thoroughly enjoy it (well until the baby came along in January and since then it has gathered dust, but that is not Sony or NieR's fault) but it strikes me there are a decent options to pick up right now, that will last you ages?

Or are all these comments just actually meaning "there are no good exclusive games on the Switch besides Zelda, and MK imminently"? Which would seem a tad harsh so early in the machine's life.

It would appear it updates at 2pm UK time, as Puyo has just appeared.

Will assume that time relates to something, maybe the time Mario has lunch.

Well Amazon have just come back and said it will be released "at 28 April 2017 at 00:00 GMT and you will be able to download as soon as it is released"

So colour me confused.

Thanks. Yeah it is all very confusing "released 27/04" you would think means I can download it when I wake up. Oh Nintendo.

Hmm, OK, might try and contact Amazon and see why they are saying I can download at midnight then. This stuff is confusing.

Guess I wouldn't normally want to download so soon after release, but some kind of timer on the eshop would be handy.

Are the dates/times it gives relating to the USA? I ask as Puyo Puyo says released 27th April. It is 8am on the 27th April where I am right now. Yet there is no download available.

Do I need to wait until midnight in some town in Texas before it becomes available to me? I ask as besides Puyo I am off on holiday tomorrow at 8am, with no wi-fi, so was hoping to download MarioKart before I left.

Also - if it is USA time, Amazon is saying if I pre-order MarioKart with them they will send me a Download code at midnight UK time tonight. So that has mightily confused me.

Thanks
