I am a bit astounded as to how much I am loving my Switch. Zelda has an awful lot to do with it though. I bought Snipper, and 1-2 Switch, and I haven't booted up either of them.

I really thought I would have an issue with the controls when it is undocked, but I haven't even used it on my TV since the first day, so I very much agree with your Portability section.

Honeymoon period though, obv.

Oh I am sure it's good. Just that right now I am playing at lunchtime with work, and then at home upstairs whilst settling a newborn. So it's a bit of a waste for me given the circumstances. Didn't occur to me that I wouldn't be using the console on my TV much (if at all).

I dropped my pre-order when I succumbed to the Zelda hype and got a Switch. The reviews have made me feel better about not trying to play two games simultaneously.

I actually got a Pro Controller 10 days ago. It is still in its box. I only ever seem to play out of the dock.

I got a case arriving in a day or two. Bought a screen protector and also a separate charging cable so I can charge at work/in car/away with work.

I would like a Pro Controller but I also need to, y'now, eat.

I assume everyone has stopped talking about this game, but got it last night and so far I am really liking it. Clearly I am rubbish at games these days as well, as two hours in and have already died once.

Ah ok, I remember Vinny saying he had to update when he plugged the machine in, but think he was wanting to download something online so that explains it.

I think even the WiiU made you update first, no?

In fairness you can't do any multiplayer stuff on the PS4 until you patch that, so they are both pretty bad on this one. I'm sure they can cater for the large demand. Probably.
